Twenty-Five years ago, our company began as a Queens-based general

contractor and has since grown to service clients throughout the tri-state region.

From the beginning, our primary focus has been new construction.

Over time, our business evolved. After completing various projects, clients

frequently asked us to help maintain and manage their properties. This has since

grown to be the leading segment of our business.

As a fully licensed general contractor and construction superintendent, we have
